Add-on Orders

Add-ons to Orders - Updated 4/27/2017
We know many companies do not allow add-ons to orders and this can be frustrating, so we can sometimes add on to orders if the order has not shipped.  If it has been more than an hour since you placed your original order (sometimes this window can be as little as 15 minutes), it is unlikely we will be able to add onto your order and combine the shipping.  If you need to add something onto an order, the best advice we have is to submit the add-on order as soon as possible and in the comments box at Checkout, be sure to state that it's an add-on to your other order and provide the previous order number.  

Taking time to email us and ask if you can do so may cause your initial shipment to go out before we are able to respond.  If your order has shipped already, we will have no choice but to simply ship your second order with standard shipping charges applied.  We realize this is somewhat of a gamble, but we cannot disrupt our routine operations and delay other orders to handle exceptions on a regular basis.  If your order has not shipped, we will do our best to add the order to the existing order.  Keep in mind that just because your order has not been marked as COMPLETED, it is possible that it could be already shipped and picked up by the courier.  We can only promise to do the best we can in these circumstances.  If we happen to forget to refund your shipping cost when we were able to actually combine an order, please contact us and let us know. We will continue to offer this as a courtesy unless it becomes a burden to our operations as our business grows.
