Grab Boxes

 Grab Boxes

Where can I find grab boxes?

Grab boxes are not something you will normally see on our site for sale at any given time.  They are a high demand item and they usually sell out within a minute or two after posting the link in our Facebook Group.

Why can't I find the link in the Facebook Group?

Because we usually delete them after they are sold out to avoid drama and complaint posts.

When and how often do you post them?

We post them pretty much randomly.  We do usually let those in our Facebook Group know earlier in the day when they are going to be posted.  This may happen on any day of the week, more than one day a week, or none at all.

How many do you have?

We usually post around 20-30 at a time depending on what we have available.

What will help me get one?

  1. Be a member of our Facebook Group
  2. Follow Alex Vanover and Troy Young on Facebook
  3. Make sure you have “All Posts” turned on in our Facebook Group
  4. Have your credit card saved on your account in our store
  5. Don’t ask questions when they are posted. By the time you can type your question, they are sold out.
  6. Don’t hesitate
  7. Use a computer not a phone or tablet.
  8. Have fast Internet.

If I have it in my cart, it’s mine.  Right?

Nope.  When the available quantity dwindles to the last one in stock, the first person to successfully check out and pay for it gets it, so you could get an error after clicking to pay as the final step.

Why am I not seeing notifications new posts in the group?!?!  This caused me to miss it!

You'll have to contact Facebook Technical Support for that answer.

What are the rules?

The first rule of grab boxes is we don’t talk about grab boxes.  Mainly, do not post, “I got one!”, “I got an error!”, “So sad I missed it ☹” or anything else.  These posts will be deleted and will not be addressed.  Posts like this simply create drama we don’t allow in the group.  Don’t harass Troy, Alex, or customer service to try to buy one on the side, you’re wasting your time.

What if I got a bunch of colors I don’t like or I received something like 35 sheets of one color? I’m upset because I didn’t get a better variety, what are you going to do about it?

They are grab boxes.  No one really knows what’s in them.  They are a tremendous value regardless of the contents.  No whining or complaining of the contents.  You got a great deal.

These are really hard to buy and it’s frustrating, why don’t you do a lottery system to make it more fair for us with slower Internet?

Life isn’t fair and we can’t control all the variables at play.  Grab boxes are something we sell out of quickly every single time they are posted.  We post them, you buy them, you don’t talk about them.

How much are the grab boxes?

We typically sell the HTV box for $61 and the Adhesive box for $90

What are in grab boxes?

They are separated into HTV or Adhesive boxes.  Below are the actual product descriptions we use, so review them carefully.

Adhesive Grab Box Description

The market value on these grab boxes is estimated to be over $175.  This is a grab bag (box) of VERY good vinyl scraps varying mostly from about 6" x 12" to about 12" x 12". The mix is 651, 631, StarCraft Magic, EasyPSV, Styletech Glitter vinyl, Transfer tape, and more.  A couple people complained in the past because they did not read the description and thought they were "Mystery boxes" of new vinyl. These are high quality scraps, overall, but not "new condition". There may be some sheets with wrinkles, etc. Some boxes may contain 10 sheets of the same thing, they are not assembled with any intent other than to be mostly very good quality half to full sheets of vinyl we cannot sell as new product. For the price value and quality, there should be no complaints. Box weighs around 19 lbs!

HTV Grab Box Description

Estimated Retail value of at least $110.   This is a grab bag (box) of HTV that consists of mostly half to full sheets of Easyweed, StarCraft SoftFlex, Printed Pattern HTV and possibly some other pieces mixed in.  Box contains approximately 4 to 5 lbs of HTV. Some of the pieces have some adhesive on them from being the end-of-roll piece and some may have some blemishes in spots, but it's quite a value.  A couple people complained in the past because they did not read the description and thought they were "Mystery boxes" of new vinyl.
